This project would extend the currently existing Gene Assembly Simulator ( http:///simulator/ ). It would incorporate into the simulator the option to draw a directed graph and it would implement the simple gene assembly operations on directed graphs. The student taking up this project would also design and implement graph algorithms for analyzing the computational power of the simple gene assembly operations.

In 2001, AMA joined the newly created National Athletic Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (NAASCU). The AMACU Titans had a rocky start but in 2006, they beat their corporate rivals, the STI Olympians and became the 2006 NAASCU Champions. It participates in the Collegiate Champions League , [5] composed of top ranked varsity teams in the Philippines.
